Avenues at Creekside is pleased to offer our residents the ability to utilize LeaseProtect! LeaseProtect is an alternative to a traditional security deposit that allows residents to lower their move-in costs. It is a one-time, non-refundable payment.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up in four easy steps!

1. Go to LeaseProtect’s website at LPenroll.com.
2. Select Avenues at Creekside in the community information.
3. Enter your enrollment code.
4. Fill in your name and payment preference.

And that’s it! After signing up, you will receive an email confirming your payment.
